Position Overview

State Farm agents market primarily State Farm Insurance and Financial Service products.
Responsibilities
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop marketing systems, lead office team meeting, promote & initiate office quarterly goals, support the Agent's annual revenue and/or production plans.
  • Manage, train, develop our sales and service teams toward office efficiencies to achieve results
  • Create strategic plans by utilizing various reports to keep the team focused on customer satisfaction along with agency yearly metrics being accomplished

  • Farm Bureau, State Farm, AAA, etc. or Independent Agency Experience preferred

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.

Compensation $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
